Concept and land distribution – Zone 1(Entrance) Area: 6000m2
žArea Overview:
žThis area is what is going to attract guest in from the start the visitors and guests will realise that they
are in a special place.
žConcept:
žEntrance will be made out of stone or wood with two land scaped small gardens at each side of the
entrance (around ) 100m2
each.
žGround will be made out of coble stone or hard wood. This is a
different world cement, concrete and or asphalt is not the thing to do.
žThese gardens will be appropriately lit to enhance the atmosphere and to welcome the guests.
